I’ll admit, there was a time (there sometimes still are) when I thought of quitting art because everywhere I looked, someone was 100 times better, had more technical skill, or was just more popular. For the most part I’ve gotten over that because at the end of the day, there’s only one you, and you’re the only one with your own vision of the world.
Nowadays the biggest problems I face are along the lines of “… okay, what next?” or “is this really what I wanted to do with my time?”. AtTheNunnery has suffered from hiatuses spurned by this line of thinking, to the point I’ve considered shutting down the whole operation.
